As Controller Manufacturing you are the financial-economic specialist within manufacturing and you support management by overseeing the finances. 

In your role you are primarily responsible for finance with a focus on manufacturing. You provide financial analyzes, you deliver financial reports and you monitor the financial position. In addition, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the financial administration and secretariat. You take care of periodic closing of the ledger administration and other reports the together with your finance colleagues. You are the point of contact in the organization regarding the administration and you report directly to our finance manager. 

Our manufacturing department is the organization unit responsible for development, organization, maintenance and continuous improvement of the production processes, including instruction and resources. Here, complex products are developed from different disciplines (electronics, software, mechanics and test development) for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). With our approx. 400 colleagues, high-quality products are developed here from concept to product for the market segment aerospace and medical and industrial products.

Together with your colleague Controller Design Engineering you take care of the finances and you report directly to our Finance Manager.

  • You are responsible for overseeing finances, with the primary focus on the manufacturing department and the projects underway here.
  • You are responsible for the periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) financial reporting of the manufacturing department. You advise and facilitate to obtain the correct input. From this you obtain the correct financial information to advise the MT of manufacturing and you prepare the financial policy.
  • You also take care of the planning & control cycle, periodic financial reports and draw up budgets and multi-year plans.
  • Finally, you are involved in analyzing, checking, drawing up and supplying various reports for both internal and external use.
