As Project Manager Test Development at Benchmark you 'CEO of your own business. This includes the realization of projects to full satisfaction, maintaining the relationship with the client (s) and bringing in new business.

How do you add value?

  • As Project Manager you test development targets to continuously improve the results in terms of customer satisfaction and profitable results.
  • You are technically, financially and commercially responsible for the execution of one or more test multidisciplinary development projects. In effect this growth and improvements projects you know

  • You are the link between product development, test development, NPI and volume production. You are able to contribute and / or value estimate technical solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generates scope expansions and new orders.
  • You do tender processes and thereby provides appropriate proposal documents, financial estimates and schedules serving new customer projects.
  • Provide effective implementation (technical, organizational and / or relational) to medium and complex technical means short-term projects for international clients.
  • Identify customer needs in the longer term and drives changes in the organization where necessary to the customer permanently optimally serve.
  • Enable multidisciplinary project teams serving projects, sends and supports the project members including defining roles, responsibilities and authority within the program.
  • Send small to project groups (about 1-10 employees) consisting of Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and Design Engineers.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in product development and preferably grown from a hardware developer’s role .
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Management and negotiation skills, reporting and communication techniques.
  • Financial expertise and strong analytical skills.
  • An enterprising, energetic, proactive and result-oriented mindset.
