Job description

As a Project Support Coordinator at Benchmark you have a facilitating and optimizing role on the administrative and organizational level. You are involved in the (financial) administration for Program Managers, including organizing financial figures and data and creating reports. At the same time, a large part of your job is analyzing and optimizing tasks and processes in order to organize them more efficiently and effectively.

Your personality

You have the following tasks

  • Optimizing processes within Design Engineering (by developing tooling);

  • Supporting the administration of the Program Managers;

  • Preparing and drawing up project reports including monthly closings;

  • Contribute to the financial handling of projects;

  • Continuously analyzing and optimizing processes and instruments to manage projects.

Job requirements

We are looking for you if you
Are you pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, for example towards Industrial Engineering & Management (TBK), Business & IT, (business) Informatics or Business Administration; 

- Are you interested in a part-time job for 1-2 days a week;
- Have good knowledge of Excel; experience with VBA and PowerBI is an advantage;
- You are analytically strong, take initiative and are results-oriented;
- You have strong communication skills in the Dutch & English language.
